Certificate III in Competitive Manufacturing
The purpose of this qualification is to
enable the holder to make valuable
contributions to the ongoing improvement
of a competitive manufacturing business.
Graduates are expected to partake in a range of team-based activities to
analyse their performance, identify
problems & improvement opportunities &
take part in improvement projects, while
performing their normal day-to-day
duties.
Certificate IV in Competitive Manufacturing
The purpose of this qualification is to
enable the holder to lead functional
teams in a competitive manufacturing
business.
Graduates are expected to lead a team to achieve business targets as well
as drive team-based improvement
projects.
Delivery of training is primarily project/assignment based with our mentors
taking your people along the improvement
path. Assignments will be projects
directly targeting your company’s Key
Result Areas. Other real life examples
and simulations will be used to
introduce the various tools as they are
needed throughout the course
of the program.
